Drop use of noise word "respectively" (#1165) 
That's not what "respectively" means.

http://www.lexico.com/definition/respectively

"The PSpell functions now accept and return, respectively, PSpell\Config objects instead of pspell config resources."
means (a) there are precisely _two_ PSpell functions, where the first one (and you know which one that is) now accepts an object instead of a resource, and the second returns one.

This reverts commit 1fd2694499.

Actually, all was good with the first commit.  The fact that the lower-
cased FQN is searched, is already conveyed in the description of the
`$file_extensions` parameter.

Correct note to state behavior is still possible 
The behavior in the Example #7 Old way to make arguments nullable
is still possible in PHP today.

For reference, I thought initially this was a bug in the PHP Core,
and tried to add the respective test case in the PR:

This adds both examples and the missing optional key-value pair for the return array. Also switches to `var_dump` instead of `print_r`.
