2897133cc6 Added information on setting up MSVC 2005 Express environment on Windows, based off of Elizabeth Marie Smith's excellent instructions. These changes are part of a larger project that will entail a rewrite of this entire section of the manual. 
Note: If there are major problems, someone yell at me and revert.
