af55811b30 Fixing ArrayIterator documentation. ArrayIterator does not take a string, but an array or an object; it throws an exception if you give it something else.

af4410a7e1 Normalized the sgml-default-dtd-file local-variable line for those 
still using this, after discussion on the phpdoc list.
From now on, manual.ced will need to be found at ~/.phpdoc/manual.ced.

f74325fce7 Per the discussion on the PHP-DOC mailing list, the PHP 4 OOP documentation is being relocated to the appendicies. The PHP 5 object documentation is being renamed to Objects and Classes, to reflect that it is the only supported documentation for OOP in PHP. All links have been changed.

7be49951cf Documented the old incorrect behaviour that requesting a given 
occurrence of a weekday in a month when that weekend occurred on the
first day of the month would add one week to the returned timestamp.

Addresses bug #46932

Not sure this should be a warning. Seems more appropriate in the
changelog section. I'm just putting it here now to be consistent with
the existing function reference.
