d8fc668de6 Give the DateInterval documentation a bit of a freshen up; in particular, 
provide a set of examples of the sort of format

1690f24f52 Fix doc bug #62321 (The »Notes« section on mysqli_bind_param is outdated), and 
simultaneously audit all of the functions removed in 5.4.0 to ensure we have
the right warnings in the right places (spoiler: we didn't).

d0223af67d Fix doc bug #62414 (Out of date docs for CRYPT_BLOWFISH). I'd greatly 
appreciate a review on this, since I'm not sure it's as well worded or laid out
as it could be -- the one paragraph per hash convention is starting to get a
little tight.
