Christoph Michael Becker e1d271d4ca Fix bug #70498 (SessionHandlerInterface example is vulnerable) 
Instead of actually adding proper input validation to the example,
we prominently note that this would have to be done for production
code.

spl As described in https://www.reddit.com/r/lolphp/comments/67w98x/prototype_says_it_returns_an_int_doc_says_it/ the prototype indicates that it returns an int, the return description says it does not return values and execution of the function seems to return bool.
