   <function>mb_strripos</function> performs multi-byte safe

   number of characters. <parameter>needle</parameter> position is
   counted from the beginning of
   <parameter>haystack</parameter>. First character's position is
   0. Second character position is 1. 
   Unlike <function>mb_strrpos</function>,
   <function>mb_strripos</function> is case-insensitive.
