Hannes Magnusson 04a5f97879 MFB: Upgrade to the new-reference-structure
- (Created missing setup sections in setup.xml, if any)
 - Moved the intro (the giant table) to book.xml
 - Changed the intro ID from <extname>.intro to intro.<extname>
 - Moved the constants entity to book.xml
 - Changed constants.xml to be an appendix
 - Moved the example to its own chapter (in examples.xml)
	NOTE: The chapter ID is ftp.examples, the example itself does not have an ID
 - Moved the requirements/configuration/resources sections to setup.xml
 - Moved the configure entity to setup.xml

The functions in this extension implement client access to file
servers speaking the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) as defined in
<link xlink:href="&url.rfc;959">&url.rfc;959</link>. This extension is
meant for detailed access to an FTP server providing a wide range
of control to the executing script. If you only wish to
read from or write to a file on an FTP server, consider using
the <link linkend="wrappers.ftp"><literal>ftp://</literal> wrapper</link>
with the <link linkend="ref.filesystem">filesystem functions</link>
which provide a simpler and more intuitive interface.
