php-doc-en/reference/oci8/functions/oci-num-fields.xml
Torben Wilson af4410a7e1 Normalized the sgml-default-dtd-file local-variable line for those
still using this, after discussion on the phpdoc list.
From now on, manual.ced will need to be found at ~/.phpdoc/manual.ced.

In PHP versions before 5.0.0 you must use <function>ocinumcols</function> instead.
This name still can be used, it was left as alias of
<function>oci_num_fields</function> for downwards compatability.
This, however, is deprecated and not recommended.
