- (Created missing setup sections in setup.xml, if any)
- Moved the intro to book.xml
- Changed the intro ID from <extname>.intro to intro.<extname>
- Moved (and enabled) the constants entity to book.xml
- Changed constants.xml to be an appendix
NOTE: Added the &no.constants; entity
- Moved the examples into its own chapter, examples.xml
NOTE: The SCA.examples section was changed to chapter - and the ID lowercased
(also added few vim folding markers)
- Moved the requirements & installation sectinos to setup.xml
NOTE: Lowercased the IDs
