- Moved the intro from reference.xml to book.xml
- Change the intro ID to intro.<extname>
- Moved examples into its own chapter
Note: Renamed the example ID to dbm.examples-basic
- Moved the setup sections to setup.xml
- Added empty constants <appendix>
