yet. <function>pg_last_notice</function> was added in PHP

4.0.6. However, PHP 4.0.6 has problem with notice message

recommended even if you are not using

<function>pg_last_notice</function>.

This function is fully implemented in PHP 4.3.0. PHP earlier than
