Remove or rewrite examples using implode("", file(...)) (#523) 
This is a weirdly inefficient way of getting a file's content into
a string, and I'm not sure why anyone would think it was a good
idea.

directory structure is probably like:

  phpdoc/en            (DocBook files for the English language)
  phpdoc/doc-base      (Tools and resources used for all languages)
