Methods defined in an interface are abstract by definition; there's no need to add the 'abstract' keyword.
...
In fact, doing this in userland would cause a parse error.

Normalized the sgml-default-dtd-file local-variable line for those

From now on, manual.ced will need to be found at ~/.phpdoc/manual.ced.
