d08d2e887f Rewrite debug_zval_dump manual based on current (>=7.0) behaviour 
- The recommended use of a call-time pass-by-reference has been
  impossible since PHP 5.4, making the examples unusable.
- The re-design of references in PHP 7.0 means that the refcount
  no longer reflects these.

565d140248 Update note on print_r() and var_export() using output buffering 
var_export stopped using output buffering to convert output to a string
long before php 7.0. See
https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/PHP-7.0/ext/standard/var.c#L564-L582

highlight_string/highlight_file are still using output buffering.

22529a07ac Fix #80453: Documentation example error 
Actually, this example should better be rewritten to something simpler or at
least something relevant.  However, the unserialize() page has the counter
example, so we postpone that, and apply an odd fix instead.

75a1a31dc0 Fix #80401: Inaccurate documentation on gettype (for Integer) 
We also fix the markup (this is not about types, but rather about
literal strings), and use a more appropriate `<simplelist>`.

9e0f03ac35 Proper variadics instead of pseudo variadics 
We markup variadic parameters with the `rep=repeat` standard DocBook
attribute of `<methodparam>`, and use proper variable names instead of
using the old pseudo variable name `...`.
