a0c42039db Split bcscale() signature 
As of PHP 7.3.0, bcscale() may also be used as getter, which is not
properly reflected by making the $scale parameter optional.  Therefore,
we split the function signature.

Inspired by a patch provided by Tim van Dijen.

13f8760951 Fix IteratorIterator::key() return type 
Years ago this was `void`, and I erroneously changed it to `scalar`. It will delegate to the sub-iterator's get_current_key handler, which can return any kind of zval.

8e9afcb659 Improve imagesavealpha() docs 
Particularly, we remove the grossly out-dated paragraph regarding missing
alpha support on some browsers (IE 6/7 is certainly gone, nowadays).

ff7a473972 Link to mb_chr() and mb_ord(), respectively 
Even though these functions are not yet properly documented, this
appears to be more useful than user note 123462, which only works for

905ecfca12 imageautocrop() returns a copy of the image if nothing is to be cropped 
Neither bundled nor system libgd cause a FALSE return value in this case.
Since the other differences are eliminated as of PHP 7.4.0, and are 
already prominently documented, we remove the respective note.

ca35bb0ee6 Document potentially insecure IMAP mailbox names 
We add a warning to all parameters which may be affected,
and also document the new ini option which prevents RCE.
We intentionally keep the wording backwards (“unless … is
disabled”) to also cater to older PHP version which do not

0c1b86e9c6 Prefix <literal> variable names with $ 
This had formerly been accomplished by PhD, since the variable names
have been marked up as <parameter>, which was confusing here, though.

b82236707b Fix #69339: realpath(false) returns CWD 
There is nothing special with realpath() regarding type juggling,
so there's no need to mention that NULL can be passed instead of
an empty string.  That even wouldn't work for strict_types.
